Obituary of Weldon Laroche

Décédé paisiblement entouré de sa famille à l’hôpital communautaire du Pontiac le samedi 27 avril 2024 à l’âge de  73 ans.  Cher époux de plus de 49 merveilleuses années de mariage à feu Marion Laroche (née Holland). Il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants; Joey (Sophie), Laury (Germain) et Jamey (Jessica); ses petits-enfants adorés; Andrew (Océannie), Alicia, Mathys, Sarah, Annaëlle, Alex, Jade et Louane.  Il sera grandement manqué de son frère et ses sœurs; Pernell (feu Rita), Marianne (Gaston) et Bernice (feu Michel).  Précédé par ses parents; Renaud Laroche et Emma Boisvert, son frère Yvon (feu Carmel) et ses sœurs; Beulah (feu Arthur) et Doreen (feu Gilles).  Weldon sera manqué par plusieurs nièces, neveux, beaux-frères et belles-sœurs ainsi qu’un grand cercle d’amis.  Sincères remerciement aux médecins, personnel infirmier de l’hôpital communautaire du Pontiac. La messe des funérailles sera célébrée le mercredi 8 mai 2024 à l'église

St-Pierre, Fort-Coulonge, Québec à 11h. Weldon et Marion seront inhumées ensemble au cimetière Ste-Kateri.  Des dons à l’hôpital communautaire du Pontiac seraient grandement appréciés.

Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family in the Pontiac Community Hospital on Saturday, April 27^th 2024 at the age of 73.  Loving husband of 49 wonderful years to the late Marion Laroche (nee Holland).  Dear father of Joey (Sophie), Laury (Germain) and Jamey (Jessica).  Cherished grandfather of Andrew (Océannie), Alicia, Mathys, Sarah, Annaëlle, Alex, Jade and Louane.  He will be sadly missed by his siblings; Pernell (late Rita), Marianne (Gaston) and Bernice (late Michel).  Predeceased by his parents Renaud Laroche and Emma Boisvert, by his brother Yvon (late Carmel) and his sisters; Beulah (late Arthur) and Doreen (late Gilles).  Weldon will also be missed by his many nieces, nephews, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws and many friends. Special thanks to the doctors, caregivers, nursing staff of the Pontiac Community Hospital. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 8^th 2024 in Église St-Pierre, Fort-Coulonge, Quebec at 11 a.m. Weldon and Marion will be buried together in St. Kateri Cemetery. Donations to the Pontiac Community Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
